**Responsibilities**

* Answer all incoming phone calls according to script and schedule a sales appointment.

* Making outbound calls

* Handling a heavy volume of calls.

* Logging all customer comments and notes.

* Scheduling follow-up contact if no appointment is made.

* Contacting customers using scripts to schedule appointments for sales and service.

* Pitching, educating, and upselling services.

* Confirming scheduled appointments.

* Adding scheduled appointments to scheduling calendars.

* Rescheduling no-show customer appointments.

* Following up with sales or service department to determine if appointment was kept and the outcome.

* Scheduling future contact as needed.

* Purifying and updating customer changes in database.

* Generating letters, postcards, and emails according to a pre-determined timeline to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact.

* Contacting customers based on current marketing initiatives.

* Responding to customer website requests.

* Contacting internet customers via email and phone to schedule an appointment.

* Following up on internet customer emails according to a pre-determined timeline.

* Notifying necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.

* Assisting with other duties, as assigned.

* Ability to meet and exceed monthly goals.

**Qualifications**

* At least one previous role based in customer service experience preferred

* Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve

* Prompt and courteous demeanor

* Positive and hardworking personality

* Strong computer skills

* Valid drivers license
