The ideal candidate will have natural problem-solving skills and be able to effectively communicate with all different kinds of people homeowners, business owners, service technicians, and inside operations. Our CSR will be able to tackle incoming calls with ease and personality. Organization is key, but developing relationships is even more so.

****What Youll Be Doing:****

As a CSR for Waltham Pest Services, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues. You will pride yourself on resolving customer issues and concerns as well as always being proactive with timely follow-up and follow through with current customers, leads, and referrals. You will respond to service and sales inquiries and be able to concisely communicate these to the technicians and salespeople in the field. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and assist with scheduling service routes and coordinating schedules. Our CSRs also help accounts receivable with collection efforts.

High School/GED or better.

**Experience**

**Required**

**1-3 years:** accurate & timely data entry

**1 year:** professional phone etiquette

**1-3 years:** high volume customer service is a call center or similar

**Preferred**

**1 year:** scheduling & routing experience
