Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Keyholder at our Nashville, TN location. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and closing/opening the store.


Qualifications

  • MUST HAVE JEWELRY EXPERIENCE
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong focus on delivering an exceptional Customer Experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in luxury retail or jewelry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
