Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Keyholder at our Nashville, TN location. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and closing/opening the store.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE JEWELRY EXPERIENCE
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong focus on delivering an exceptional Customer Experience
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in luxury retail or jewelry is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
