New, innovative Ear, Nose and Throat clinic specializing in the treatment of adult sinus patients is looking for a full-time Practice Manager with a caring, energetic, and positive attitude. We are looking for a Practice manager to directly create, manage and execute plans to grow the practice volume and organize/execute administrative duties.
Previous experience as a practice/office manager in healthcare with specific experience in marketing, creating relationships with referring practices, growing patient volume and improving brand awareness are key advantages. Your role would be to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Responsibilities
- Grow the practice through creating, executing and managing marketing plans including digital marketing, social media, and business to business marketing (referring offices).
- Serve as the point person for office manager duties including working directly with billing company and insurance companies.
- Manage office personnel including organizing office operations and procedures
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors
- Manage office General and Administrative budget
- Manage patient billing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience as a Practice/office manager in the healthcare setting.
- Direct experience in growing a medical practice through a variety of marketing methods.
- Knowledge of office administrator and business responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
