Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Full Charge Bookkeeper at JAG Interiors, Inc. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for financial statements, journal entries (accounting), bookkeeping, payroll taxes, sales tax, contracts, invoicing, and other accounting tasks. The role requires strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining, and clean up of financial records.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in financial statements, journal entries (accounting), and bookkeeping
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Principles (GAAP)
- Familiarity with payroll taxes and accounting principles
- Expert in QuickBooks is essential and knowledge of HOUZZ (design software) is a plus
- Prior experience preparing (monthly/quarterly) Financial Statements for CPA
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in a similar role is ideal
