- Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and editing of written content for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information and materials for proposal development
- Format and design proposal documents and marketing materials using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software
- Proofread and ensure the accuracy and quality of all written materials
- Maintain proposal and marketing collateral libraries, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible
- Assist in the management of proposal timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely submission of proposals
- Conduct research to support proposal development and business development efforts
- Provide general administrative support to the communications and business development teams as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe software (Acrobat, InDesign)
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges
- Experience in the architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) industry is preferred
- 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
