  • Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the creation and editing of written content for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
    • Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information and materials for proposal development
    • Format and design proposal documents and marketing materials using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software
    • Proofread and ensure the accuracy and quality of all written materials
    • Maintain proposal and marketing collateral libraries, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible
    • Assist in the management of proposal timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely submission of proposals
    • Conduct research to support proposal development and business development efforts
    • Provide general administrative support to the communications and business development teams as needed


    Qualifications:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe software (Acrobat, InDesign)
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges
    • Experience in the architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) industry is preferred
    • 1-3 years of experience
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
