Account Executive


Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth for the assigned territory.


Salary + Commission with base around $50k and with experience, will consider a higher base.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the defined market through networking, cold calling and implementation of a defined sales process.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and gaining an in-depth knowledge of the clients needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company s customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with prospective clients.
  • Drive growth by utilizing a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to track interactions, manage leads, forecast sales and execute our defined sales process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential areas for business growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI s.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the staffing industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Networking skills and the ability to cultivate new business opportunities through industry connections.
  • Experience in using CRM systems to manage leads and track activity.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
