We are now looking for a Activities Aide for our Snow Hill's location. Activities Programs are designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of our residents.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility.
- Carry out the activity programs as directed by the Activity Director.
- Creates and handles the logistics for events to engage residents and families.
- Deliver fun and safe events while on time and under budget.
- Working cooperatively with employees, residents, and resources.
- Speak to residents to get feedback on events and activities.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:- Must be mature, reliable, and a self starter who has compassion and patience
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent
- On-the job training provided
- Must be willing to work Weekends
- Must be Fully Vaccinated for Covid 19
