Job Title: Day shift
Workdays/Hours: 8am-4pm, or 11am-7pm, 5 days per week
Classification: Hourly, non-exempt
Job Description:
Responsible for Internal/External phone calls and guest service
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and Making reservations.
- Resolve guest issues, reservation and room assignment activities.
- Provide feedback to the other shifts and supervisor/manager.
- Such other appropriate duties as may be required.
Requirements
Pre-Employment Requirements: Reference check, criminal background check.
Education and/or Experience:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Consistent employment history.
Technical Skills:- Knowledge of Word and Excel required.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone system, copier, fax, and scanner.
- Knowledge of Springer Miller software preferable, but not required.
Performance Skills:- People pleasing attitude.
- Team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and handle guest complaints.
- Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
