Responsibilities:
You will work closely with attorneys and clients in this defense litigation practice. You will be responsible for supporting attorneys in all phases of the litigation process including, gathering discovery, organizing exhibits, evidence, and briefs, reviewing and summarizing medical records, drafting pleadings and other documents, and filing the same with the Court.
Background Profile:
3+ years of legal experience working in litigation.
Paralegal Studies degree / Certificate is required.
Applicable knowledge of court rules and procedures.
Proficient with MS Word, Dropbox, Adobe, and Outlook.
