LHH is seeking a Senior Accountant The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset. This is a hybrid role in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
- You will be responsible for financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting
- Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
- Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
- Manage monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP
- Prepare reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts
- Research and analyze expense variances for company management
Qualifications
- 3+ years' of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
- CPA preferred
This role will pay between $38hr to $44hr based on skills and experience.
