**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our B2B SaaS offerings. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of high-performing sales professionals, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:** Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Collaborate with senior management to define sales objectives and tactics aligned with company goals.


2. **Team Leadership and Management:** Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance excellence. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.


3. **Pipeline Management:** Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting of sales opportunities. Implement effective sales processes and methodologies to maximize conversion rates and accelerate deal closure.


4. **Client Relationship Management:** Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and strategic partners. Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our solutions and drive value-added engagements.


5. **Market Analysis and Insights:** Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies accordingly. Provide regular insights and feedback to inform product development and go-to-market initiatives.


6. **Performance Monitoring and Reporting:** Track sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate regular reports for senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.


**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.

- Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, methodologies, and best practices.
