We have partnered with a top Florida GC and assisting them in a search for a Senior Project Manager with ground up multi-family experience.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee completion of project
- Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans
- Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
- Overlook multiple project team members and provide mentorship to junior staff
- Subcontractor buyout
- Payapps
- Manage project budget
- Provide staff performance reviews
- Manage OAC meetings
- Assist in change order negotiations
Qualifications
- Experience working for a reputable commercial GC
- Experience leading ground up multifamily construction projects
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with a team
