Jorns & Associates LLC is looking to fill a General Counsel opening. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal advice and counsel to leadership on various corporate, regulatory, and client matters and act as the company s legal representative.
The ideal candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited university, at least 6 years of experience working as a practicing attorney, and previous supervisory experience. They must also have previous experience working with regulatory agencies, corporate governance issues, reviewing contracts and agreements, and have a working knowledge of business-related statutes, rules, and regulations. Our ideal candidate is proactive, solution and action-oriented, and skilled at anticipating and mitigating risks.
