Company: Customer Management Practice

Compensation: $50-55k base plus uncapped commission w/ year 1 average OTE of $65-75k

Location: Hybrid, 2 days/week in our Midtown Office (Wednesday/Thursday) - must reside in NY, NJ, or CT

Type: Full-time, permanent (Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00)


We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative to help us grow our Exchange events portfolio! This autonomous role requires cultivating relationships with C-suite executives within the customer experience field, to build interest and attendance for our B2B Exchanges. In this role, you will be identifying and connecting with C-level executives through cold calls, LinkedIn, social media approaches, and email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify Executive C-Suite level participants to enroll in our portfolio of networking events.
  • Follow up with Marketing-generated leads to qualify sales opportunities and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Initiate contact with Executives through prospecting efforts such as cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process including account research, outreach, pipeline management, and closing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through continued engagement and outreach.
  • Grow our internal database by sourcing contact details from data platforms such as Seamless.AI, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Maintain and update pipeline through the use of a CRM.
  • Meet/exceed KPIs by maintaining expected activity and outreach metrics.
  • Develop an acute understanding and general awareness of the key industries you are selling into.
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape knowledge.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree required.
  • 1+ years of professional experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, and/or event marketing preferred.
  • Candidates must have strong communication skills and thrive in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in both office and remote environments.
  • Must have exceptional time management skills and work ethic.
