Customer Service Representative


Job Details

Customer service representatives will serve as a liaison between customers, vendors and sales for an electrical supply distributor.


ON-SITE 5 Days/per week


Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm


Duties will include:


  • Communicating with customers and vendors in a positive and professional manner
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer concerns as the first point of contact
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Maintain and update orders
  • Completing open order reports for customers
  • Conveying customer concerns to the salesperson
  • Working with a team of customer service reps and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
  • Communicating with vendors and work on expediting material
