Job Details
Customer service representatives will serve as a liaison between customers, vendors and sales for an electrical supply distributor.
ON-SITE 5 Days/per week
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Duties will include:
- Communicating with customers and vendors in a positive and professional manner
- Acknowledging and resolving customer concerns as the first point of contact
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Maintain and update orders
- Completing open order reports for customers
- Conveying customer concerns to the salesperson
- Working with a team of customer service reps and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
- Communicating with vendors and work on expediting material
