Role Description

As a Sales Representative at Heroic Productions, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our comprehensive suite of event production solutions to prospective clients, ultimately contributing to the company's success and market expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and qualify potential leads, including cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and online research.
  2. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultative sales discussions with clients to understand their event objectives, technical requirements, and budget considerations.
  3. Solution Selling: Recommend tailored event production solutions based on client needs, leveraging Heroic Productions' extensive service offerings and technological capabilities.
  4. Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Heroic Productions' services, addressing client objectives and highlighting key differentiators.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that are mutually beneficial, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, technical staff, and marketing professionals, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and alignment with company objectives.
  7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in event production to identify opportunities for innovation and strategic positioning.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the event production, audiovisual, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of event planning processes, technical requirements, and production logistics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events, as needed.
