About this role:
we're seeking a dynamic and detailed-oriented Implementation Manager to join the team. Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process of SaaS POS solutions for new restaurant clients, ensuring smooth and effective transition to our POS solution and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, including sales, product and support to gather client requirements and tailor POS configuration accordingly.
- Conduct training sessions for restaurant managers and staffs on system functionalities, and build the feedback-loop for continuous processes and documentation improvement.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, developping and maintaining detailed project plans, addressing queries and providing support.
- Handle customer service inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team to solve efficiently client requests.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and system configuration, monitor and assess system performance, identify opportunities for optimization and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in business, information technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and implementation of POS or SaaS solutions, preferably in the restaurant industry sector, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, industry trends and technologies advancements, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. Willingness to travel frequently for onsite client visits and support.
- Detail-oriented, result-driven with a problem solving mindset, and able to learn fast the new functionalities of our consistantly evolving product.
- Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin is mandatory, Spanish or other foreign languages proficiencies are a plus.
