LaSalle Network is currently partnered with one of our clients, a home care agency committed to enhancing the quality of life for their clients, to find additional help desk support. They are currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join their team onsite in Woodbury, Minnesota.
Desktop Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Install and upgrade Operating Systems and Computer software
- Handle all the procurement/forecast related activities for all desktop/laptops and printers
- Maintain the details of EOL hardware and proactively liaise with IT manager for replacements
Desktop Support Specialist Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience setting up new devices for end users
- Proficient knowledge of hardware, O/S, and user setup
- Ability to troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
- Good written and verbal communication skills
