- Education: Doctorate degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD)
- Experience: 3+ years management experience in the health care field
- Licensure: PSYD or PHD from the State of Florida required
- Certification: CPR/CPI
Preferred:
- Behavioral Health JC/DNV survey experience preferred.
