Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers seeking insurance policies.
Assess customer needs and recommend policies that best suit their requirements.
Stay updated on the latest industry standards and product offerings.

Qualifications:
Must be able to obtain a Florida Insurance license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivated and eager to learn.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
No previous insurance experience required.
Additional Information:
No cold calling; only inbound calls.
Average of 12-15 calls per day.
Work hours limited to 38 hours per week with the option for full remote work after 90 days.
Average agents write 2-3 policies per day, with realistic monthly business $25,000 - $35,000 per agent.
