  • Facilitation of the day-to-day function of the Facilities team to include but not limited to the below.
  • This role will support and report to the Facility Maintenance Manager
  • Daily assignments to the team and monitor performance.
  • Performance evaluations include auditing, training, recommendations for promotions, and supporting Performance Improvement Plans.
  • Performance management to include coaching, corrective action, suspension, and up to and including a recommendation to Senior Leadership for separation.
  • Training and Development for the sites Facilities Technicians
  • Facilitation of day-to-day support for the site's operations teams to include but not limited to:
  • Daily attendance and participation at the site's production meetings
  • System performance and downtime reporting provided to the site leadership
  • Key member of the safety committee
  • Collaborates with internal and external business partners
  • Ensures completion of Work Orders, Repairs, Preventative Maintenance, and Records Retention in accordance with company procedures and standards.
  • Adheres to all Department and Company Standards, Operating Procedures, and Safety Requirements.
  • Coordination and oversee vendors and contractors.
  • Models and Fosters a positive working culture of inclusion.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical systems using technical drawings (e.g., blueprints, electrical/mechanical schematics), and diagnostic tools.
  • Responsible for making decisions regarding daily facilities support, equipment availability, and safety-related needs in partnership with Operations.
  • Oversees the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of the site's Material Handling Equipment, Building and Grounds, Industrial Trucks, and Manufacturing equipment.
  • Oversees the troubleshooting and repair of Motor Control equipment including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Soft Starts, Servo Drives, and Input/Output (I/O) devices.
  • Responsible for being a subject matter expert within Facilities and providing recommendations to the Facilities Manager and Operations Leadership.
