Family/Personal Assistant needed for family with 2 parents, both entrepreneurs/philanthropists and 2 small children. It is a full-time, hybrid role that will require more hours onsite at first and then a 3 day onsite 2 day offsite split. Requirements include: BA/BS from competitive US college or equivalent; excellent analytical and writing skills; a collaborative, relaxed personality; the flexibility to switch roles and tasks as needed; the ability to work independently and with others; experience with young children; interest in business development and philanthropy; the capacity to collaborate with and potentially manage other onsite staff.
Responsibilities include:
- House management (overseeing upkeep, renovations and repairs)
- Calendar management for family
- Overseeing childcare calendar and assembling a roster of babysitters to fill in as needed
- Filling in for childcare gaps when needed (about 15% of time working)
- Party planning
- Possibly being a thought partner for husband as he develops philanthropic initiatives in the arts, mental health and healthcare
40 hours/week; exact times flexible. Will need to be close enough to come over if needed.
$90K/year, may vary with experience.
