Whether arranging a delivery, helping with a product query or dealing with a complaint our Customer Support Representatives are responsible for creating award winning, positive experiences. Bright, friendly and attentive, our brilliant teams are focussed on doing the best for our customers. They're the one with the first-class communication skills and they do it professionally and efficiently every time. If you're resourceful and a confident communicator, you could find a role where your personality and passion allows you to make a real difference to the customer experience. Being part of a new team, you'll be dealing with a wide variety of queries which means no two days will ever be the same - you could be helping a customer, supporting a member of our showroom team or speaking to one of our delivery drivers!
