Retail Forest Falls, California Minimum Experience **Manager/Supervisor** Compensation **DOE** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Increase sales through product knowledge, merchandising and staff training . Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : Recent experience in Fast Food, Coffee Shop and/or Restaurant Supervision/Management required . Ability to oversee a team of people and to manage product. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Excellent people service skills, with the ability to provide service and streamline processes without compromising t he integrity of the department or Forest Home and its policies and procedures. Ability to accomplish assigned projects utilizing good communication (written and verbal), project management, time management and collaboration skills. Demonstrate the ability to perform high quality work. Flexible to complete all projects and duties assigned by director. Ability to work weekends , holidays and some nights as needed. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position supervises the retail staff. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and requires sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate retail machines . Requires mild physical work; some lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects ove r 20 pounds. Requires visual acuity to read words and numbers and speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate in person or over the phone.
