Job Summary:

In thisexciting Front of House Restaurant/Hospitality Manager role, you willprovide leadership to our front of house server team; ultimately ensuring exceptionalresident experiences. You will manage operations, maintain high standards ofservice, and maximize profitability for the Front of House operations.

Responsibilities:
Manage the front of house server teamby fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork among staff.
Oversee daily operations of the FOH.
Create and manage staff schedulesincluding PTO requests and unplanned absences.
Conduct performance evaluations andprovide feedback to employees, to include accountability and disciplinaryaction when deemed necessary.
Hold regular in-services and trainingsessions with staff to ensure excellence in customer service and table-sideservice.
Interview, hire, train and supervisestaff including managing temporary staffing.
Handle resident complaints and resolveissues promptly and effectively.
Implement strategies to enhance residentsatisfaction.
Plan and oversee events for CorporateCommunication and Marketing Teams.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, andinternal teams to ensure successful events.
Manage logistics, budgets, andtimelines for each event.
Set up/tear down event spaces andensure linens are laundered for events.
Develop and implement operationalpolicies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning.
Monitor inventory levels, ordersupplies, and manage budgets.
Oversee alcohol ordering, inventory,and payment for distributors.
Coordinate logistics and budgetaryconstraints relevant to Sitex Linens for each Community.
Develop and manage budgets to achievefinancial targets.
Monitor revenue, expenses,profitability, and other KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Implement cost-control measureswithout compromising service quality.
Ensure compliance with industryregulations, health, and safety standards. Address any issues related to safetyor regulatory requirements promptly.
Conduct regular inspections tomaintain quality standards and cleanliness.

Requirements:
2 years' food service experience withknowledge of volume preparation, catering for private parties and banquets, decorativebuffets, and special events.
2 years minimum of proven leadership and management experience

  • Proven experience in hospitalitymanagement or a similar role.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong leadership, communication, andinterpersonal skills.
Knowledge of industry trends,regulations, and best practices.
Certification in hospitalitymanagement, food service or relevant training programs, and ensuring staffmaintain core competencies related to FOH service.
Excellent customer service and problem-solvingabilities.
Ability to work under pressure andhandle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in hospitality softwareand Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Microsoft Teams.
Ability to effectively communicatewith residents, guests, employees, and supervisors.
Ability to plan and direct the workof others.
Flexibility to be able to workirregular working hours: evenings, weekends, holidays, and for pre-plannedspecial events.
Required to fill staffing holes foreach restaurant on a regular and consistent basis.
Ability to stand/walk for approximately75% of the day.
Ability to lift and move up to 35lbs.
