**Duties & Responsibilities**
* Administrative coordination of project files including but not limited to our Hotel Rehabs database of brand specifications and guidelines.
* Organization & maintenance of project design documents in HR database and Plangrid.
* Architectural, Interiors and MEP progress set reviews.
* Specification reviews and research.
* Create FFE take-offs, room matrix lists and prepare audits.
* Compile and maintain brand specific specifications, drawings and design guidelines.
* Create and manage material submittals during purchasing process
* Site survey preparation and onsite assistance as required.
* Research permitting requirements and coordinate permit applications and required responses.
* Communication with brand design managers; request design or material waivers as required.
* Prepare schematic design presentations in 2D format.
* Create schematic design plans for architectural and FFE designs.
**Qualifications**
**Prerequisites:**
* Ability to adapt quickly and multi-task efficiently in a collaborative way
* Attention to detail and organizational aptitude
* Communicational and interpersonal eloquence
* Solutions based innovative problem solver with a sense of creativity
* A seeker and a person who aims to understand the why at all times
**Preferences:**
* Hospitality design experience a plus (2-3 years)
* Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and PlanGrid.
* Familiarity with Smartsheets.
**Requirements:**
* Architecture or Interior Design degree and 2-3 years of related experience.
* Architectural drafting proficiency
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat
