Candidate must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.

**Job Responsibilities**

* Responsible for inventory control of chemicals and gas cylinders.

* Responsible for Schedule production for manufacturing operations by releasing jobs.

* Interface with customers to resolve issues including those with forecasts, special orders and non-delivered orders.

* Ensure that all stock out situations are resolved in a timely manner.

* Interface with supplier to ensure that deliveries are on time, correct inventory levels are maintained and non-conforming material is returned in a timely manner.

* Provide feedback to customers and management, when actual varies significantly from forecast and it is impacting inventory levels.

* Elevate all critical inventory shortage situations to all parties affected and the appropriate levels of management.

* Support daily TGCM operations with chemical and bottle deliveries as needed.

* Support daily TGCM operations with chemical and gas container changes as needed.

* Support daily TGCM operations with waste activities to include preparation for and coordinating waste shipments.

**Required Qualifications**

* High school diploma or GED.

* Ability to identify and analyze situations when customer forecast does not equal actual usage.

* Ability to utilize Min/Mix system to accurately forecast.

* Familiar with Oracle Applications. Experience with any other computerized system for purchasing and inventory.

* Ability to effectively utilize MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs and Google Sheets.

* Ability to Work in a Team Environment.

* Ability to communicate and coordinate issues with several levels within the organization.

Physical Requirements:

* Moderate to heavy lifting may be required.
