**Essential Job Functions:**
* Exhibits highest productivity within department (meets or exceeds 100% of propertys productivity standards).
* Exhibits highest quality within department receiving consistently 90% or higher on room inspection checklists.
* Responsible for coaching and motivating team of Advanced and Entry Room Attendants across property in meeting quality and productivity goals.
* May oversee operational execution as trainer for new employees.
* Cross trained to work in both hotel and condo product (if applicable), and is trained a deep clean housekeeper.
* Acts as empowered Room Attendant; assist with and complete room and self-inspections whenever required.
* Participates in regular leadership development trainings.
* Has specialty expertise in housekeeping such as carpet stain removal, grout restoration, etc.
* Exhibits proficiency in workplace and chemical safety.
* Consistently achieves expectations on mid and annual reviews.
* Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma - preferred
* Two years of previous housekeeping experience in hotels or condos required
* Three years or more of experience in housekeeping preferred
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs required
* Able to stand for long periods of time in excess of 2 hours without sitting required
* Must exceed productivity and quality standards of property
* Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal preferred
The budgeted range starts at 22.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
