**Description**
*Position at Accent Countertops*
Accent Countertops, founded in 1985, provides fabrication and installation of granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops. Located in Murray, Utah and Reno, Nevada, Accent fabricates out of a 40,000 sq ft facility with state-of-the-art equipment in Murray and services the Reno market from their sales and installation facility in Reno. Thirty-five years of quality service has established Accent Countertops as a local leader in countertop design and installation.
**Required immediately, our LOCAL BRANCH in SALT LAKE CITY is seeking a FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

**Desired Skills & Experience:**
* High School Diploma with 1 2 years customer service experience in a similar industry (construction, home repair, building materials etc...)
* Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn other software programs
* Ability to solve problems as they arise
* Strong understanding of measurements and fractions
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Inputs orders/quotes into the computer system and confirms availability of product
* Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer, using mail or telephone.
* Responds to inquiries and complaints, and coordinates activities with other departments as necessary; escalates complaints to supervisor as required
* Establishes proactive communication with customers to ensure understanding of product ordered
* Handles quality and service issues to develop/maintain customer loyalty
* Ensures orders are priced accurately and invoices are issued promptly
* Resolves pricing/invoicing/credit/payment/shipping discrepancies for customer with the appropriate department(s)
* Ensures that orders are put into production on time to meet pickup and delivery schedules
* May handle warranty and service issues as they arise
* Other duties as assigned
