**IT Support Specialist**

Englert, Inc and LeafGuard Holdings are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Full-Time IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will be an advocate of the IT department for the user community that can diagnose and remediate computer hardware, software and networking problems. This position is a shared service and will support both the Englert and Leafguard companies with their respective systems and technologies.

**Responsibilities:**

Provides support to end users for Mac, iOS and Windows environment, including application, system, device, access and hardware issues.

Identifies, researches and resolves basic technical problems. Ensures problem resolution information is updated in ticketing system.

Supports users at multiple sites via ticketing system, phone and email or in person.

Documents, tracks, and monitors the case using applicable systems and tools and assigns the ticket appropriately.

May coordinate with other teams, departments, or vendors to resolve user problems.

Report all information pertaining to all key indicators of the organization to including, but not limited to, Information System Issues.

Handle user onboarding and off boarding i.e. setting up active directory accounts, local accounts, email accounts, installing software and decommissioning of the accounts and any peripherals.

Follow the device life cycle from ordering, through receipt and deployment, maintenance, and finally e-waste.

Train end users on hardware and software applications such as Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, OneNote and Microsoft Teams chat, as well as CRM and basic ERP training.

Train end users on audio/video conferencing, connecting to the wireless, browsers - Chrome and Internet Explorer

Responsible for the installation, configuration, and usability of all MACs, PCs iPad, iPhone and peripheral equipment, and software.

The IT Support Specialist will function with autonomy, diplomacy and professionalism within the guidelines established by this organization.

Some travel and occasional weekend shifts may be required.

Create documentation for new or existing processes.

Coordinate purchases, maintenance, and system upgrades with vendors and designated system owners.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

MDM solutions such as JAMF, iOS, Apple products, iTunes, and iCloud

Windows 10, Windows Server 2012

Collaboration Tools (such as Teams, Zoom)

This individual must be highly self-motivated and customer-centric; possess good oral and written communication skills; organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and be an advocate for all the policies and protocols of the organization.

A+/Network+ training a plus. Associates Degree, Technical Degree or equivalent plus 2-3 years experience in technical support role.
