**Service Manager** to join our Risk Solutions team in **Cedar Rapids, IA.** **What Youll Do:**
The Service Manager is responsible for the administration and support services of Risk Solutions engagements. The primary functions of this role will be to follow a defined process for each of the clients in data collection, data quality assurance, proper storage of files, presentation creation and effective communication.
**Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:**
* Process the following items in a timely and accurate manner: requesting data from clients, gathering data from third party sources, review data for accuracy and correct formatting, store data in correct files, updating and building PowerPoint presentations, performing quality assurance of data dashboards, etc. as defined per agency standards
* Manage client portal communication
* Meet project deadlines as set between you and your supervisor
* Handle invoicing, as needed, per agency guidelines; evaluated by Professional Standards Review
* Maintain electronic files accurately and consistently to agency standards
* Organize time in advance so all work and projects are completed on time and with appropriate content and organization
* Demonstrate the ability to expand knowledge by assuming new responsibilities in the department or working on department projects
**Education, Experience, and Skills**
* High School diploma or GED required; college level business courses preferred
* Prior work experience in the insurance industry is preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and able to quickly learn and utilize other computer applications
* Ability to work independently with little oversight
* Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize workload
* Extremely accurate, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills
* Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
