Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Compounding Technician. The Certified Compounding Technician will be responsible for performing compounding tasks and laboratory skills to ensure accurate prescriptions. They will work closely with the pharmacy team to communicate relevant information effectively. Attention to detail and precision in following procedures are critical to maintaining the highest quality standards in compounding.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and experience in compounding and pharmacy
- Strong laboratory skills and proficiency in handling equipment and chemicals
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the pharmacy team
- Attention to detail and precision in following procedures
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and prioritize patient care
- Pharmacy Technician certification
- Experience in a compounding pharmacy is a plus
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
