Role Title: IT Finance Lead
Service Line: Permanent
Annual Salary: $145,000
Typically, Monthly Allowance: $40 Internet, $65 Cell Phone (paid on the last paycheck of the month)
Preferred Location: Houston, hybrid schedule or remote with some travel (2-4 times per year)
PTO Package:
15 days paid vacation in a 12-month period to be accrued and used in accordance with company policy (5 unused days can roll over to next year)
8 days paid Corporate Holidays (2 Personal Paid Holidays)
6 sick days that can be taken after 60 days of employment
2 days paid volunteer service days

Role Description:
The IT Finance Lead will be responsible for overseeing the utilization and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) within the organization. The product is already implemented. This role entails collaborating closely with accounting teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and drive the implementation of recommended solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, coupled with extensive experience in D365 F&O implementations and management. The incumbent will lead a team consisting of a Business Analyst, a Business Analyst/Project Manager, and a D365 Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure the effective utilization of the platform's functionality, customizations, and Integrated Software Vendor (ISV) solutions. Additionally, expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and adept stakeholder management are highly desirable attributes for this role.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with D365 Finance and Operations implementations.
- 4+ years in IT people management.
