**Job Requirements**
* Safety willing and able to follow safety guidelines established by your foreman and the field safety coordinators.
* Specifications willing and able to follow the direction of your foreman as it pertains to all job specifications
* Tools can identify and knows how to use specific tools to complete the task at hand
* Material can identify and knows the purpose of material needed to complete the job
* Product understand and know what different products are used for (asphalt, concrete, etc.)
