CooLab Foods, CLF, a world class manufacturer of ice cream products, is actively searching for a Customer Success Manager to support our Commercialization Team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter with strong ownership. While we value attitude over experience, a selection of the following would demonstrate the background of the preferred candidate:
Responsibilities
- Manage customer's new product initiatives and production needs
- Create and manage timelines of product trials, onboarding suppliers, production needs
- Establish solid relationships with customer's key points of contact.
- Assist with executing customer's requests, including but not limited to:
- Maintaining vendor relations for client's ingredients and packaging
- Assist Production Manager on maintaining current recipes, product specifications and production processes for each customer
- Ensure internal onboarding paperwork (recipes, product specifications, production processes etc.) is complete and signed off by the customer.
- Work with CLF Procurement Team on managing and maintaining accurate item codes for each customer
- Ensure customer's packaging meets CLF guidelines.
- Maintain CLF's customer matrix regarding pricing.
Requirements - Degree and/or proven work experience in Business Management, Marketing, Project Management preferred
- Experience in food manufacturing industry preferred
- Experience in the CPG industry preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate outstanding leadership and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to pay attention to details.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Salary: Based on Experience, plus bonus
