Provide our guests with world class customer service. Perform protective, preventative, safety and security related enforcement functions touring facility to ensure the safety and well-being of customers, visitors and staff. Implements and monitors all security operations in accordance with all applicable laws and company policies in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats.
**Major responsibilities include:**
* Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Help ensure that all our guests get outstanding customer service
* Set up and break down of events and concerts
* Maintaining security of premises by conducting inside and outside patrols of the secure facility
* Maintaining a professional appearance, uniform and manner at all times
* Controlling access of employees and/or visitor
* Responding to intrusion, fire, and health/safety related incidents
* Other specific duties as may be required
