Who You Are

As a Sales Assistant, you are eager to learn! You ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to here at Les Olson Company. After learning consultative selling and how to use different sales techniques with different businesses, you are ready to go! Most of your time is spent on cold calls where you obtain customer information, identify decision-makers, and determine our customers' satisfaction levels. Initiating conversations with both current and potential customers, you explain the benefits of our products to make sales.

You love chatting with people and make personal connections easily. As a highly motivated individual, you enjoy the challenge of reaching your personal sales goals. Plus, seeing your efforts pay off in your paycheck gives you a great sense of accomplishment. You feel good about representing a company with a solid reputation and playing an important part in their success.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* Sales experience or recent college graduate

* Basic familiarity with IT components--i.e., you know what RAM is, you understand what a firewall does, you can provide a basic explanation of the Cloud, etc.

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation

The typical schedule for this position is **Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm** with optional paid overtime.

Wage: **$19.23/hour plus commissions**.
