**Order Fulfillment Specialist**
**Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00pm to 7:30am**
**Position Overview**
Order Fulfillment Specialists are responsible for a variety of tasks associated with maintaining Digi-Key's stock quality and integrity as well as processing and fulfilling customers' orders.
**Responsibilities**
Must be able to
* Pick parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately using I-Pick Scanner
* Prepackage product for bin/emergency stock
* Inspect quality of the product before prepackaging
* Assist with the migration of product as needed throughout the PDC
* Perform packaging tasks which include:
+ Review pack lists to insure correct quantities
+ Verify correct parts have been picked
+ Box product and prepare for shipping
* Cut tape and reel product into sale package quantities
* Conduct inventory counts and update computer system to show correct quantity on hand
* Assist in removal of obsolete and discontinued product
* Analyze physical inventory records and resolve inventory count discrepancies
* Identify and resolve any issues of mixed product in a storage location
* Set stock and restock levels for storage locations
* Conduct and complete inventory related projects as assigned
* Perform tasks in multiple areas of the PDC
* Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
Minimum/Essential Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Must be able to be trained in a PDC pick and/or pack function
* Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
* Basic computer navigation and typing skills
* Must be detail oriented
* Ability to actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goals
* Ability to provide a positive, professional and enthusiastic outlook or perspective
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task as well as the ability to change focus quickly based on requests by employees/management
* Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
* Regular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipment
* Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success
* Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motion
* Capable of spending 8-10 hours walking/standing on concrete
* Regularly lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
* Able to twist or bend and occasionally climb stairs
* Must demonstrate the following behavioral competencies; attention to detail, customer/client focus, ethical conduct, manages execution, personal effectiveness/credibility, and positive attitude
