Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls delivers a lifestyle experience. Through sales and client relationships, from the inquiry, to the repeat business of a lifelong client and friend, we seek true professionals to join our team. We seek a full-time, sales savvy ambassador, looking to build a large client base of new and repeat clients. Through this process, you will be responsible for the following:
* Experience in retail or luxury retail/hospitality fields.
* Proven track record in achieving or beating monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
* Experience with, and consistent utilization of client tracking software.
* Eagerness to work with a diverse client base and exceed expectations of those clients.
* Proven literacy and efficiency with email correspondence,
* Utilization of dealership software to monitor and stay up to date on current inventory.
* Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management within the regular course of business.
* Ability to quickly gain in depth and ongoing product knowledge at all times.
* Regular upkeep of product and brand certifications.
* Ethical conduct
* Support and abide by company policies and procedures at all times.
* At all times, elevate the client experience.
**Qualifications**
* Strong, proven sales skills.
* Ability and eagerness to work retail hours that include Saturdays, evenings and holidays when necessary.
* Flexible and ability to adapt to the demands of clientele and business needs.
* Authorization to work in the United States.
* Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record.
* Successfully pass MVR and background check
