About the Role:

As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM), you will own an assigned territory with the primary responsibility of driving new revenue and securing new lives under the management of Activate Care. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the TSM will perform all necessary activities to grow and manage a successful pipeline, ensuring consistent sales results and growth of Activate Care in our target market segments.

Responsibilities:

* Effectively communicate Activate Care value proposition, differentiators, and messaging

* Manage funnel (forecast accuracy and activity prioritization)

* Drive predictable sales process:

* Meet or exceed annual targets

* Collaborate with other Activate Care employees as part of a successful team based approach to success

* Provide voice of the market input and feedback to product management and marketing

* Maintain knowledge of competitive landscape and industry needs and trends

* Willingness to travel as necessary to support Activate Care sales activities via in-person meetings and/or industry events

* Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

Education : Bachelors Degree

Experience :

* 3+ years of software or healthcare consulting and/or sales experience

* Knowledge of concepts such as Community Information Exchange, SDOH, models of care, Medicare, Medicaid redesign.

* Experience selling to both provider and payer organizations preferred

* Previous experience working as part of a growing early-stage company preferred

Skills/Knowledge

* Knowledge of complex care management, integrated care, care delivery redesign, and value-based reimbursement

* Understanding of Clinically Integrated Networks, Patient-Centered Medical Homes, Accountable Care Organizations and other payer/provider collaborations

* Strong presence and ability to consult with healthcare executives

* Sales process training and consultative sales strategies

* Ability to handle multiple projects with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines and to effectively prioritize opportunities competing for time and attention

* Exceptional communication skills

* Negotiation, conflict management, and customer service skills

* Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
