****Responsibilities****

**Job Summary:** Provides administrative support to include supplies, scheduling meetings, coordinating visits. Role will include assisting with accounts payable finance. Greets and directs customers.

**Major Accountabilities:**

1. Maintain telecommunications operations by answering a multi-line phone system and forwarding calls as appropriate.

2. Welcomes and announces visitors, assures proper sign-in and instruction as appropriate.

3. Assist accounting processing of invoices in Epicor ERP system.

4. Processes and distributes mail.

5. Provides professional environment to visitors/customers, including refreshments, lunch, etc.

6. Assist with stocking and maintaining office supplies by establishing inventory levels and ordering supplies.

7. Update and distribute phone lists and org charts.

8. Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations, as requested.

9. Provide administrative assistance for HR personnel as requested including onboarding activities.

10. Maintain and foster a professional, teamwork and customer service-oriented attitude among co-workers, peers, customers and visitors.

11. Assist with expense reports.

12. Provide administrative assistance to General Manager as requested.

13. Provide support to TAC Committee, quotes, schedules, etc.

14. Other administrative duties as required.

****Qualifications****

**Physical Limitations:** Work may require bending, lifting, reaching, and carrying up to 10 pounds; sitting for up to seven (7) hours per day; standing up to one (1) hour per day, and occasional driving. This position requires strong verbal communication skills with the ability to hear, receive, and distribute information; the ability to handle interruptions; the ability to multi-task workloads; and strong customer service orientation.

**Minimum Education Required:** High School Diploma
