WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Women's Footwear Performance Merchandising Manager. This person will be capable of understanding the North America consumer and marketplace landscapes as well as their evolutions. Autonomous, agile, solutions-oriented, they will be responsible for driving the in-season consumer product offering across the different merchandising dimensions (Model adoption, pricing, exclusives, membership). They will be also leading the Geo specific product offering End to End (from Brief to adoption) as well as focusing on multi-seasonal performance franchise management!

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Adopting the seasonal Women's Footwear Performance line for the NA consumer aligned with the Gender strategy.

- Defining the pricing architecture for NA.

- Building Membership seasonal propositions anchored on a multi-seasonal strategy.

- Setting up the 13 weeks consumer flow journey aligned with Men's and Kids Merchandising teams

- Leading seasonal GEL Product propositions for the women's performance NA footwear business

- Managing Multi seasonal franchise approaches for the key models and tracking franchise health

- Preparing Seasonal tools readiness

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be working very closely with your Geo X-functional teams: Planning, Brand, Nike Direct and MPU merchants, and Men's and Kids Consumer Merchants. You will also be engaged very closely with your Global counterparts to ensure the above deliverables can be brought to life in the most effective and aligned manner for our consumer! **Profile**

WHAT YOU BRING

Skills and experiences needed for successful candidates:

- Bachelor's degree or higher, or combination of relevant education, experience and training

- 4 years experience in footwear or apparel merchandising, product creation and/or retail in a vertical, multi-brand or digital environment

- Merchandising/product marketing, retail business, planning, and pricing acumen.

- Translation of Consumer, Sales, and Marketplace Insights into in season and long term product offering strategy.

- Ability to effectively communicate and drive the Merchandising strategy across the different functional Geo Partners.

- Ability to develop strong working relationships with teammates and cross functional partners.

- Great Teammate & Contributor, attitude and excitement to learn newness.

- Strong communication skills, comfortable navigating X-functional matrix.

- Ability to manage against a calendar with key deliverables, and to work with flexibilty.

- Thorough attention to detail, understanding the importance of consistency.
