Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant
Status: Full-time
Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is a leading provider in the greater Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin area. Our board-certified therapists offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies in post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities, in the home setting, and at outpatient locations.

Job Responsibilities:
Adhere to the policies and procedures for providing therapy services under the goals of CPT and Facility.
Maintain the standards for rehabilitation services
Perform administrative duties as necessary for the day-to-day operations of the rehab department
Develop a good rapport with the patient, their family members and third-party payers, and any others involved in the total management of the patient
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program approved by the APTA or its equivalent.
Any necessary licenses or certifications required for the State of Illinois or State of Wisconsin to practice
Function according to the APTA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
