***DJJ is seeking multiple highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Technicians looking to expand their knowledge and career.*** Incumbents are responsible for preparing and serving appetizing, nutritious, quality food for the residents, staff and/or guests following master menu guidelines. These positions are responsible for documentation of temperatures and meal accountability in addition to cleaning and sanitizing facility working areas and equipment according to established procedures while adhering to all safety and security polices.

*The Bon Air Juvenile Correctional facility located in Chesterfield, VA operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This position is designated as essential.*
