Weinbrenner Shoe Company is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to due to recent promotions.

Under the direction of the Director of Purchasing and Inventory, the Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of Purchase Order shipping and arrival dates. With the everchanging landscape of material and transportation delays, it is critical that we understand timelines to receipt goods. Integral to the position is Purchase Order Creation, sku quantity accuracy and maintenance, along with thorough communication to vendors.

Job responsibilities include:

* Reviewing and auditing purchase order creation, entry, order acknowledgements, order updates, and adjustments for accuracy.

* Maintaining accurate system arrival dates, with communication from vendors, coordinating with Warehouse/Logistics Manager.

* Working with Customer Service, Sales Team, and Customers on Container Direct programs.

* Communicating shipment issues with appropriate cross-functional divisions.

* Tracking, updating, and adjustment of purchase orders.

* Oversight of the VMI (vendor managed inventory.

* Managing Subcontractor purchase orders.

**Education and/or Experience:**

Associate's degree (preferred) or education equivalent to a high school degree with at least 2 years of experience in a business role.

**Additional Skills Required:**

* 2 ears of experience in inventory review and tracking.

* Detailed understanding of MRP and inventory control management, or ability to learn.

* Experience with ERP systems.

* Proficient use of Microsoft programs.

* Good verbal and written communication and reasoning skills.

* Strong ability to define problems, ability to work under tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail and quality.

**Pay:** $15.00-$17.00/hour; dependent on experience.
