**Lead Server, $1,000 Sign On Bonus, Kohler Hospitality**

**Opportunity**
Join our top-rated food and beverage teams and transform your passion for great food into exceptional guest servicegrowing your skills in effective selling techniques, proper food and liquor handling methods, and restaurant operations.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
* Suggest food and beverages to the guest utilizing appropriate methods to upsell.
* Take food and beverage orders from the guest and accurately enter into Point of sale (POS) system.
* Greets guests and presents them with the menu when applicable.
* Clear and reset table settings and linens, as needed.
* Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
* Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction with the food and service.
* Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
* Assist with stocking and maintaining the restaurant par stock levels and side station
* Help other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones and seating guests.
* Assist with training serving staff and overseeing the dining room flow and ensuring proper distribution of assigned stations.
* Assist with inventory and ordering stock replenishment.
* Assist in the onboarding and training of new associates
This is a part time opportunity with benefits! We have openings available at Blackwolf Run & with the Banquets team at The American Club.
**Skills/Requirements**
* Safe Serve Certified, or ability to complete upon hire
* 2+ years previous experience as a server
* Previous supervisory experience preferred
