**We are looking for a Kitchen Manager for Miller Time Pub & Grill!** Come be a part of a fast-paced and full-service restaurant environment! We are looking to hire a hard-working, self-motivated and high energy individual to join our staff. This position demands creativity daily, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest level of standards. The Kitchen Manager must work well under pressure, is organized, flexible, self-motivated, reliable, and willing to work long hours.
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
* Manage overall culinary operations under the guidance of the General Manager
* Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining costs, controlling labor, scheduling, and safety and sanitation
* Prioritize completing tasks
* Ensure Service and Culinary Excellence
* Ensure excellent guest experience
**Qualifications & Skills:**
* At least one years of Restaurant/Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment
* Stress management/composure
* Proven leadership and time management skills
* Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
