As a Customer Service Representative, you will take a lead role in delivering an outstanding experience to our customers. Growing meaningful relationships with customers by using your financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions to help address their financial needs. Assisting customers with teller transactions, opening, processing, and closing of accounts and Consumer Loans. Working as a team and providing support for complex or escalated transactions to coworkers and customers requires knowledge of our products and banking regulations.

This is a Full Time position up to 40 hours a week. Flexibility is required to work as needed to ensure adequate staffing for training or employee absences. This location is open Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to noon.

**Customer Service Representatives are Responsible For:**

* Helping customers meet their financial goals by providing a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service

* Actively support our customers by identifying customer needs and suggest banking products and services for their solution

* Maintaining bank and customer accounts, including opening and closing accounts, and overseeing transactions.

* Counting cash and balancing a drawer

* Processing customer transactions

* Preparing documentation to open or close accounts, including obtaining signatures, and assigning account numbers, when necessary.

* Research, troubleshoot, and resolve external and internal customer inquiries as needed

* Originates, processes, and closes consumer loans as defined by the Bank

* Research, troubleshoot, and resolve external and internal customer inquiries as needed

**Qualities We Look For:**

* Outgoing and a great attitude; able to talk with clients to build rapport and relationships

* Technologically savvy; able to use multiple computer systems

**Ideal Candidates Should Have:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service or related experience

* Strong Attention to Detail
